You have truly inspired me to change physically, but more so disciplining and toughening my mind! My body has had to re-learn who's boss!! On the days that I didn't want train ( due to procrastinating mainly or 'tiredness' ) ...I'd loop the sequence and add extra abdominals. Hey Coach Axelle here. how are you? The program ended on the app so I wanted to say thank you. I lost 5kg and gain a lot of strength and flexibility.
